Millwork Products are the finest millwork items available on the
market today. You can be assured of top quality products, whether it be an
Andersen Window, Patio Door, a BROSCO Entry System or Mantle, or one of the
many other fine products shown in the BROSCO Book of Designs.
PLEASE NOTE
When ordering millwork, too much care cannot be taken to ensure accuracy.
Please be sure of all measurements and other important details, by contacting
your BROSCO Dealer, to insure the material you order is correct. Selection and
installation of products that conform to all applicable laws, ordinances, building
codes and safety requirements are the sole responsibility of the architect, house/
building owner and/or contractor. Neither Brockway-Smith Company nor our
vendors have responsibility in this regard. We strongly recommend consultation
with an experienced structural engineer, architect, contractor or local building
inspector prior to installation of these products.
Specialty Millwork items can be ordered; use drawings and sketches freely
whenever possible. For price and availability, call your BROSCO dealer.
Changes/Cancellations to orders of Special Glazing, Custom Sizes,
Set-up Units and/or any other Special orders will not be allowed once
work is in progress.
Goods Returned – Please check with your BROSCO dealer for their return policy.
Any claims for errors must be made no later than ten days after receipt of goods.

We reserve the right to make changes at any time, without notice, in
materials, specifications, and sizes, and also to discontinue any item listed in
this Book of Designs. Check with your BROSCO dealer before making final
decisions or before using any dimensions shown in structural preparations.
Some of our products have regional preferences and therefore are not stocked at
every plant location. However, this does not mean that the item is not available,
but rather that it may require additional lead time.
