BROSCO’s Replacement Sash can be used to upgrade old, worn out double-hung
windows. Choose from a complete set of sash or our Replacement Sash Kit,
which includes two new sash with tilt hardware applied, Tru-Lok Tilt ‘N Clean
Balances and a weatherstripped head parting stop.
All stock windows are available to satisfy your replacement needs.

BROSCO Sash are manufactured of the highest quality material
available. All wood components are treated with a moisture
repellent preservative and are exterior face primed. The interior
is natural clear pine. Horizontal weatherstripping is applied. Both
Boston and New York sized Sash are prefit 1-3/8" in width and
3/32" in height, and prepped for Tru-Lok Tilt ‘N Clean Balances.
