Window and Door Pan Flashing Systems
Weather Out Flashing is dedicated to solving critical water intrusion problems. These window and
door flashing products are specially designed to be simple to install, have built-in patented drain
channels to direct the water out and easily fit in any width opening. Unlike other systems that allow
water to flow from side to side, our flashing products feature unique tapered drain channels and
end dams that enable the water to flow to the exterior of the structure.
6-9/16" Window & Door Flashing - Consists of ( 2) Universal (Reversible)
Corners and ( 1 or more) Straight Sections each with Back-rib and
Removable 1/2" Back-dam. Each corner section covers 6" on the rough sill
and each straight section is a usable 32" long.
Designed with conventional 6-9/16" construction in mind.
Installation: Overlap using our waterproof tape with foil backing and Butyl-rubber adhesive.
4-9/16" Window & Door Flashing - Consists of ( 2) Universal (Reversible)
Corners and ( 1 or more) Straight Sections each with 1/2" Back-dam. Each
corner section covers 6" on the rough sill and each straight section is 26" long.
Designed for use with windows and doors in a 4-9/16" wall. This system
can also be used with double-hung windows in walls where the stool is
elevated and will clear the back-dam.
Installation: Use of a water-proof sealing tape at butt joints is required.
4" Window & Door Flashing - Consists of ( 2) Universal (Reversible) Corners
and ( 1 or more) Straight Sections each with Back-rib. Each corner section
covers 6" on the rough sill and each straight section is 26" long.
Designed for use with narrow jamb windows and doors or double-hung
windows without elevated stools. This system is perfect for drywall
return applications.
Installation: Use of a water-proof sealing tape at butt joints is required.
